We love Namibia, it's people and the breathtaking scenery.  What sets Namibia apart from its African counterparts is our warm and homely hospitality. We are passionate about service standards and hope to see Namibia become renowned not only for its friendly people, but also for excellent service, world wide.

We are a husband and wife team with 40 years of hospitality experience, combined. Our love for Namibia brought us back here from Cape Town in 2005, after schooling and studying in South Africa. Our South African adventure included working at 5 star establishments such as Lanzerac Manor & Winery, which set the standard very high with regards to world class service and quality control and a wedding planning business in the Western Cape which also organized a Deputy Minister's wedding. Later on in the North of Namibia we organized events such as the VIP opening of the Distell distribution Centre.


Our Namibian journey started in the Caprivi, where we fell in love with the raw side of nature that Namibia has to offer. From the lush bushveld and wild unforgettable experiences in the Bhabwhata park, we move to the far North: Oshakati / Ondangwa, where we managed large fast paced hotels and lodges with high occupancies. We spent a total of 7 years in Oshakati and gained invaluable experience, especially in working with diverse cultures. We had the opportunity to start up Out Of Nature Country Lodge and run the operations, catering for up to 400 people per event with a staff compliment of 5, us included. In 2016 we acquired the TeaterHuis: a Theatre & Guest House in Tsumeb which we renovated and converted into a Guest House with 14 bedroom and largest theatre in Namibia.

Our Closed Corporation has been doing maintenance work for large retail companies for more than 10 years as well as large scale cleaning contracts for malls and centers in the North. This sector of business is also experienced in managing large scale catering tenders in the mining industry. We successfully managed a cost effective catering tender for a well renowned Namibian mine on a non stop continuous operation basis, maintaining excellent standards and remaining profitability at the same time.

Our skills also include an artistic side with experience in: interior decoration / fine art / website-; graphic-; and social media management and design. The entire renovation, plans and project management for TeaterHuis was done by ourselves.

We have a broad spectrum of managerial and operational experience in the hospitality and catering industry, excellent food & beverage knowledge and organizational skills.
